The 800-DGHelp (800-344357) number will connect customers to a 'Tech Doctor' who will take an appointment and arrive promptly to provide trouble-shooting consultancy. Laptops can also be brought in for a free check-up to the DG Help Tech Clinics located in Sharaf DG stores at Times Square Center, Deira City Centre and Ibn Battuta Mall.
Speaking on the launch, Mr Nilesh Khalkho, Director at Sharaf DG, explained, "Sharaf DG takes great pride in constantly bringing innovation to the consumer electronics retail and service industry in the region.
